Entry:
To ensure we process all attendees as quickly as possible and make every effort to maintain the safety of all patrons, we have established the following policies:

Security:
Entry into the Event area all persons are subject to the following:

• All attendees must be a member of a sanctioned Parrot Head Club and have been confirmed by the leadership of that club of having an active membership.
• Attendees must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Event area.

• All attendees must have a badge and wrist band for ENTRY to the HangOut facility during the official days of the MOTM event.
• All VIP attendees must be wearing a VIP badge and VIP wristbandfor ENTRY to any VIP area of the MOTM event.  This includes the Gulf Place Pool and designated VIP areas in the HangOut restaurant. 
• Alcohol or alcoholic beverages are not to be brought into the event area. All entrants are subject to bag search upon entering the event area.
• MOTM security reserves the right to search all persons and property to ensure the security of all in attendance.

On-Site Services:

• ATM
• Portable Toilets & Hand Washing Stations
• Bars will be located throughout the property.   Persons who appear to be underage will be required to show ID at the bars.
• Restaurant facilities
• Cold water station for refilling water bottles.

Accessibility:
MOTM parking and viewing areas will be available to accommodate those persons with disability.  A designated Handicapped (ADA) area will be designated for our ADA Parrot Heads. Please refrain from using these areas if not considered ADA.

ACCESSIBILITY PARKING:
A limited number of accessibility parking spots are available in the parking lots. You must ALSO have a valid state-issued placard, hang tag or license plate.

RESTROOMS:
There are portable toilets accessible to patrons with mobility devices in the restaurant and in the event area.

SERVICE ANIMALS:
Certified service animals that are trained to assist an individual are allowed at the Event. Service animals must always be under the control of their owner. They must remain on-leash and next to their owner. Pets and other animals are not allowed on the HangOut grounds on official event days.

Rules

Registration Policy:

All registrations will be non-refundable.
Registrations cannot be Transferred to another person.

EVENT  RULES:

• Programming is subject to change without notice
• Performers and lineup are subject to change without notice
• DO NOT tamper, stretch, cut or alter your wristband in any way. Altered wristbands will be invalid and the bearer will be subject to eviction from the Event grounds.
• Wristbands cannot be shared (i.e. different people use them on different days)
• This Event is rain or shine. Notwithstanding acts of God
• Everyone is required to keep their credentials visible for the duration of the Event. No persons will be allowed to enter any portion of the Event area without proper credentials/wristband. This policy will be strictly enforced – trespassers will be asked to leave.
• All VIP persons must be wearing a VIP credential badge/wristband for entry to the VIP sections of the Event.
• VIP persons may NOT bring guests to VIP areas.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:

MOTM has no control over the weather conditions during the event.   Over the many years of operation there have been few days that we have endured bad weather.   Therefore, there will be no refunds or compensation for bad weather days during the event.   

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

We want everyone at the MOTM event to have a good time. To achieve this goal, we need everyone to be respectful of everyone around them, including – but not limited to – abiding by the following rules:

Any person found to be in possession of a weapon will be immediately evicted from the event without refund, and subject to a criminal investigation.

ABSOLUTELY NO fighting, threatening behavior or inciting hatred. Any person(s) found committing any of those behaviors to other event attendees or event will be evicted from the event without refund and subject to future MOTM/PHIP events or activities.
