Joe Downing

Joe Downing is a Recording Artist and Nashville Songwriter “Livin’ It Up Down By The Water” in North East Florida. Beach vibes and good times, Trop Rock and chill rhymes permeate his first two full length albums and remind his fans and friends of the good things in life. His first two full length albums Songs From The Gulf (2020) & The Bright Side (2022) both received nominations for Album Of The Year from the Trop Rock Music Association.

Joe has performed as a touring solo-act playing regional events, house concerts and bars in 12 states since 2017. In 2021, Joe Downing Band was formed and has played events in Tampa, FL (Music On The Bay 2023), Galveston, Texas (Riddles In The Sand 2023), Compass by Margaritaville in Anna Maria Sound, Amelia Island, FL (A1A Beach Bash 2024) and Gulf Shores, AL. His song “YOLO” received nominations for Single Of The Year by the Trop Rock Music Association in 2020 and Joe has been nominated for the 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 Horizon Award recognizing his personal relationship with his fans.
