NOTE: All attendees must be a member in good standing of one of our great local clubs around the country or the Virtual Parrot Head Club. However, you can join right now. They are inexpensive, easy, and if you’re lucky to have a local club near you they’ll provide an opportunity for fun throughout the year. Take a look and decide what works best for you. Although not recommended, the event is open to all parrot heads 18 and older. All attendees must be registered (paid) to attend.
General Registration for the entirety our annual convention is $229. Attendees exclusively get 40-plus hours of great music in an awesome location for less than the price of sitting in an arena seat for two hours to see one act. MOTM has also added several outside venues this year.
If you’re planning to be a VIP at MOTM 2024 (and who wouldn’t want to be?!), we are very excited to offer you a new VIP experience this year and feel confident we will sell-out quickly as we only have 320 VIP spots available. (to include both options listed below).
MOTM General Registration + VIP Registration – This fee is $529 and will include all the VIP benefits listed below.
Option 1 is the a la carte VIP experience for MOTM attendees who either are not staying in VIP lodging or who are staying in a VIP lodging purchased by another attendee. If you are sharing a room with someone who purchased the VIP room package, and you’d like the same VIP benefits, you MUST select VIP option 1 when registering.
MOTM VIP Registration + 4 Nights exclusive lodging locations – This fee varies depending on which location & room type you select; however, the prices range from $1,116.12 for a 1-bedroom unit to $6,516.72 for multi-room units. See below for a complete listing of the seven room types and package prices.
Option 2 is the VIP Premium Room Package, which includes a four-night stay at one of the 3 exclusive VIP lodging locations for Wednesday – Saturday nights. You may reserve up to four ADDITIONAL nights at the PHIP discounted rate – beginning as early as Sunday, October 22 and as late as a Monday, October 30 departure. There are seven room-type options included in Option 2 with lodging prices ranging from $1,116.12 for a 1-bedroom unit to $6,516.72 for multi-room units. All units come equip with a full kitchen. The complete VIP bundled package includes the lodging and 1 VIP registration (additional $529 to the lodging prices above)*. This VIP room package includes ONE VIP registration, so any guests staying in your room will need to register for MOTM on their own and will need to select Option 1 if they also want the VIP benefits.
However, while both the General and VIP registrations are non-refundable, the balance of your VIP package – that associated with the room reservation – remains fully refundable up until September 1, 2024.
September 2 – Oct. 1, 2024:
Room reservations can be transferred to another attendee but cannot be refunded.
Additional room nights can be added.
No changes including additional room nights or reservation transfers can be done after Oct. 1, 2024
Please note that MOTM can only reserve you a room type and location. Rooms are assigned closer to the event. In addition, these room reservations will be handled through MOTM rather than the locations, so any questions or changes will need to be addressed by MOTM staff rather than location staff.
* Option 2 VIP Lodging Bundled Package includes lodging price (listed above in graphic) and one VIP registration (+ $529), plus taxes and handling fees. These will be combined at checkout when selected.

Gulf Place Condos are a chicly modern new complex in Gulf Shores, AL where each unit is comprised of floor-to-ceiling windows and a sunny balcony, allowing for miles of extravagant Gulf and City views. The view may vary per unit but each is equally unique in portraying the true vibe of Gulf Shores, AL. Each one of the VIP condos are appointed with designer furniture, and other amenities include free wifi, smart tv’s, and washer/dryer.
Health and Safety: Covid-19
We currently do not have plans to conduct a Covid screening at this event. This is based on current conditions and projections. Our highest obligation to our members is to conduct a safe event, however, and we are prepared to adjust this decision as necessary to meet that obligation.
