However, while both the General and VIP registrations are non-refundable, the balance of your VIP package – that associated with the room reservation – remains fully refundable up until September 1, 2024.

Room reservations can be transferred to another attendee but cannot be refunded. Additional room nights can be added. No changes including additional room nights or reservation transfers can be done after Oct. 1, 2024
