NOTE: All attendees must be a member in good standing of one of our great local clubs around the country or the Virtual Parrot Head Club. However, you can join right now. They are inexpensive, easy, and if you’re lucky to have a local club near you they’ll provide an opportunity for fun throughout the year. Take a look and decide what works best for you. MOTM VIP Registration – This fee is $529 and will include all the VIP benefits listed below.
Option 1 is the a la carte VIP experience for MOTM attendees who either are not staying in VIP lodging or who are staying in a VIP lodging purchased by another attendee. If you are sharing a room with someone who purchased the VIP room package, and you’d like the same VIP benefits, you MUST select VIP option 1 when registering.
MOTM VIP Registration + 5 Nights exclusive lodging locations – This fee varies depending on which location & room type you select; however, the prices range from $1,829.00 for a 1-bedroom unit to $7,929.00 for multi-room units. See below for a complete listing of the eight room types and package prices.
The eight-story property boasts all-suite beachfront guestrooms; a lobby bar and restaurant; a rooftop amenity terrace inclusive of a bar and grille, pool deck and an outdoor entertainment venue; and 13,620 square feet of enclosed meeting and pre-function space, including a 7,800-square-foot ballroom. The resort will also have a three-story parking garage and a Starbucks.

Gulf Place Condos are a chicly modern new complex in Gulf Shores, AL where each unit is comprised of floor-to-ceiling windows and a sunny balcony, allowing for miles of extravagant Gulf and City views. The view may vary per unit but each is equally unique in portraying the true vibe of Gulf Shores, AL. Each one of the VIP condos are appointed with designer furniture, and other amenities include free wifi, smart tv’s, and washer/dryer.
For the condos, there are eight room-type options included in Option 2 with lodging prices ranging from $1,932.00 for a 1-bedroom unit to $7,982.00 for multi-room units. All units come equip with a full kitchen.
However, while both the General and VIP registrations are non-refundable, the balance of your VIP package – that associated with the room reservation – remains fully refundable up until September 1, 2025.
September 2 – Oct. 1, 2025:
Room reservations can be transferred to another attendee but cannot be refunded.
Additional room nights can be added.
No changes including additional room nights or reservation transfers can be done after Oct. 1, 2025
Please note that MOTM can only reserve you a room type and location. Rooms are assigned closer to the event. In addition, these room reservations will be handled through MOTM rather than the locations, so any questions or changes will need to be addressed by MOTM staff rather than location staff.

We currently do not have plans to conduct a Covid screening at this event. This is based on current conditions and projections. Our highest obligation to our members is to conduct a safe event, however, and we are prepared to adjust this decision as necessary to meet that obligation.
