The new VIP Premium Room Package, which includes a four-night stay in an ocean-view room at the Casa for Wednesday – Saturday nights. You may reserve up to five ADDITIONAL nights at the PHIP discounted rate – beginning as early as Sunday, October 30 and as late as a Wednesday, November 9 departure; however, these discounted extra room nights are extremely limited, so don’t delay! When the PHIP discounted room rates sell out for those extra days, you may still be able to extend your stay but will be charged the published rates, which currently range from about $800 to $1,300 per night, not including resort fees and taxes. There are nine room-type options included in Option 2 with prices ranging from $2,599 for a standard king or double room to $3,799 for a two-bedroom suite. This VIP room package includes ONE VIP registration, so any guests staying in your room will need to register for MOTM on their own and will need to select Option 1 if they also want the VIP benefits.
When buying a VIP Premium Room Package, you will pay for the entire package at the time of purchase, as opposed to merely reserving a room with a deposit. However, while both the MOTM and VIP registrations are non-refundable, the balance of your VIP package – that associated with the room reservation – remains fully refundable up until 60 days prior to your first night’s stay. After that time, we will follow the Casa’s room refund policy – to include 1 night’s penalty if cancelled inside of 60 days.
Please note that PHIP can only reserve you a room type, not a specific room number or location. Rooms are assigned at check-in. In addition, these room reservations will be handled through PHIP rather than the Casa, so any questions or changes will be need to be addressed by PHIP staff rather than hotel staff.
