Bob learned to perform on the stages of Boston’s college bars in the early nineties. Armed with just a guitar and microphone (he was too lazy to learn drum machines and too poor to buy one, anyway) he built a following on high energy one man shows. Over the years, the audience wanted to hear more and more of his original songs about hitting the road and finding the sun. That led him to the trop rock life and is super happy here.
In 2016, Bob was voted the Trop Rock Music Association Entertainer of the Year. That same year, Bob was voted Temecula (California) Valley Music Association Acoustic Artist of the Year. He is very proud of those two honors because they are rooted in his origins as a truly solo performer.
