Who’s getting excited to head to Gulf Shores in October for Meeting of the Minds?? I had a quick site visit this week and I can tell you that our Main Venues are so happy we are returning to Gulf Shores this year!

The Hangout is working with us to add another stage. We are taking in the parking lot, adding a stage and beachy sitting area out there along with a bar and the vendors! This area will be named Buddy’s Backyard! Buddy & Karyn Roussel with Buddy’s Backyard are Presenting Sponsors this year!

Lulu’s is busy building a new bigger stage for the “Tuesday on the Island” welcome party! They will be adding satellite bars to speed up the ordering process and more wait staff. They have done some clearing and redesigning of the seating area. There will be much more room this year! Tuesday afternoon will be a fun welcome back party! Brent Burns will do his show each afternoon and Sunny Jim will be performing there also! Saturday they will host the “Sip & Skip” Breast Cancer event on Saturday followed by the Lone Palm event. www.runsignup.com/skippinandsippin

We are coordinating with the Florabama to have music there. Wes Loper will be hosting his showcases there each day too! Make sure you stay on Sunday, because we’ll close out MOTM with a full afternoon and evening of music!
